Physical exercise, along with quieting your mind, reduces stress and anxiety, elevates mood, decreases heart rate and generally improves mental and physical health.
Your brain is the organ of the mind, just as your lungs are for breathing. Your mind and your body are a system. They are not separated. Work them together to improve your health holistically.
Why is this different?
In this session we will work Yoga Vinyasa, one of the best known in the western world, along with Hatha Yoga. This type of Yoga seeks to synchronize breathing and movement, flow with breathing, from posture to posture. It is more dynamic than other forms of Yoga, and focuses on movement, while breathing is controlled and postures are maintained for at least three breathing cycles.
Hypnotic Language is a NLP technique, inspired by Ericksonian Hypnosis, in which you enter a state of focused attention, or "hypnotic trance" that facilitates access to our resources and unconscious abilities. These trance states happen naturally, for example, when we are very focused on a task, we disconnect from the external, and suddenly we find the solution to an old problem.
In this session, we will seek to find that flow, body and mind, focused on finding within you the resources and answers to meet your end of the year resolutions.

There will be one Session in English and one in Spanish. Join the one you prefer.
